The delivery was seamless, although I would recommend that instructions be included, despite it being relatively simple to put together, nevertheless, YouTube came to the rescue.

Whilst it took a while for sales person to answer the phone, when they did they were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Really liked the way Pietra made the effort to ensure the number of stools I wanted were actually available. Stools delivered the next day !!!!! and would have even been the same day if the poor driver didn't get stuck in a ditch in the country - the driver was great.
Glicks were fantastic to deal with. They actually answered a phone call which is rare in these times and arranged an invoice and delivery date to suit my house move. Thank you Glicks for great service. The Ghost stools look amazing!

Pietra was absolutely incredible to deal with. We were nervous about ordering online without seeing the furniture in person. Pietra went above and beyond taking photos, and placing the chairs next to a table that matched our table height.

Excellent quality!! Bought 6 of these chairs, all came perfectly packed with no signs of damage. They also have rubber padding at the bottom of the legs, so your floorboards are protected. They are a little on the heavier side so they don't feel flimsy. The cushion seat is firm but comfortable. Great communication from the sales team post-purchase and delivery. Highly recommend!
