Once our sales team have contacted you and confirmed that your order is ready for collection, it can be collected from our Mascot Showroom / Warehouse Situated at 12 Ossary Street, Mascot, NSW, 2020. If goods are collected from our store proof of identification is required. Pick Up Location

Please make sure there is adequate access to your premises. As some items are heavy or bulky, we may need to cancel a delivery if access, floor level, or other conditions present safety risks. If a lift is required, confirm the item will fit inside. Also ensure hallways and corners are wide enough to accommodate all items. If delivery fails due to access issues or other factors not disclosed to us in advance, the delivery fee will still be charged and additional handling fees may apply. Please also ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place before delivery, such as moving existing furniture and clearing access paths.
