I am gobsmacked by the wonderful customer service and quality of the sofas. We purchased the 3 seater plus the 2 seater. Now let me make this clear, the sofas are gloriously huge! If need be, 6 people can fit on the 3 seater, and 4 people on the 2 seater. The sofas are firm, so easy to get up, yet very comfortable. It is durable and very well made. The slate grey colour is a very nice grey, not too light, and not to dark. The delivery was very speedy from purchase date. The delivery driver kept me up to date with ETA, and he was a super lovely young man. Couldn't fault this company. 5 stars from me.

This sofa was delivered from Sydney, had excellent communications and the delivery team even got it into my house and help me situate it. They called me just before thay came, outstanding. The quality of the couch is amazing such great value for money will absolutely be buying more furniture from these superstars there customer service and product is exceptional!

It's a nice dining table, better quality than I expected. We needed a table with a pedestal leg for our banquette seating and this has worked really well for that. Not too tight on the side with dining chairs. You could comfortably fit 6 (4 either side and 1 on each end). But would be tight with anymore than this. We have kids and the white tabletop is very easy to clean and stains have come off easily. It was extremely well wrapped for delivery, but we are now stuck with mountains of styrofoam and some planks of wood. Would rather this of course than receiving it damaged. Overall very happy!

We arrived at Glicks half an hour before closing today. We knew we wanted the Jensen table as we’d been in the week before. We paid for the table and were directed to the warehouse for pick up. We were greeted by Luke who went way above and beyond to help us fit the table into our car, saving us from returning the next day with a ute. He was very patient and could have easily told us it was not possible, especially seeing as they were about to close, but instead he tried multiple ways to get the pieces in the car & after removing the boxing, we eventually got it in. I was really impressed with every staff member’s help on both visits. The table itself is really stylish and well made. It’s sturdy and good quality. I will definitely be returning to Glicks for any furniture needs in the future.

Ordered Boxing Day evening. Was delivered the next day at 3pm. Thought we’d have to wait days!
Delivery driver was very friendly, did a great job and kept us across his ETA.

Chair and footstool are of a higher quality than our previous Eames replica chair. Very comfortable and good leather.

So in love with our Arco Lamp! Glicks are an excellent company to buy from (this is our first time). They delivered the lamp interstate in record time and communicated clearly regarding delivery date and time, as well a courtesy call to confirm our purchase. The marble base is around 60kgs and if you are a handy person, theres no need to pay the extra $100 for assembly.

Finally got the lamp we wanted at a great price and a good company. Trouble free purchase, prompt delivery and easy install. Not worth the extra 100$ though. Not needed especially since the delivery guy actually didn’t know how to instal it. Regardless, love the lamp and look.
